カートリッジ式の精密ろ過機です。長年にわたって培ってきたろ過技術と改善改良により、安定したろ過精度を誇ります。また省スペース化と低ランニングコストが特徴です。樹脂でつくられているため、錆や腐食がなく、軽量設計となっています。

カートリッジは、糸巻き、メルトブロー、活性炭、ろ紙など、素材の違うものを交換して使うことができます。カートリッジの交換はワンタッチで開閉できるフタが用意されており、操作性に優れたろ過装置となっています。

F30型 精密ろ過機

F30型は、2000リットルまでの中容量のメッキ液や洗浄液、工業用水のろ過に適した精密ろ過機です。プリコート回路が設けられているため、精度の安定したろ過が可能です。ろ材には、方線葉状のものを使用。設置面積あたりで考えると大きなろ過面積があり、効率よくろ過できる設計になっています。

組み込まれているポンプには渦巻きポンプを採用。グランドパッキング式とメカニカルシール式が用意されていますが、メカニカルシール式は液漏れがなく、作業環境が改善すると言うメリットがあります。漏液の処理費用がかからず、メンテナンスコストを下げることが可能です。
