Adverse effects of aluminum sludge<\/h2>\n

Rust formation<\/h3>\n

One of the adverse effects of aluminum sludge is rust. Rust requires special attention when processing workpieces made of steel materials, but aluminum sludge also rusts depending on the environment.<\/p>\n

Sludge during material processing can cause aluminum rust. One of the reasons for aluminum rust is the deterioration of coolant fluid. As coolant fluid deteriorates, it tends to turn from alkaline to acidic, making aluminum more susceptible to rust.<\/p>\n
